Habibat (Biba) Olorunfemi is a Human Resource Management expert with an experience of over 17 years in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria.

Biba is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Lagos, Akoka; She is an alumna of the University of Calgary, Alberta, and the Said Business School, Oxford University.

She is also SHRM-SCP certified, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPMN).

She is John Maxwell Leadership Certified and she has a Strategic HR Leadership Certification from Cornell University, New York. One area of HR that is really getting her attention now is HR / People Analytics which she believes is the future of Strategic HR where we are using data to make decisions in organizations.
