The People in Government Community is a network of middle to senior civil/public servants across all levels of government, ministries, departments and agencies. PGOV provides a safe haven for Christian fellowship, experience sharing, teaching, collaboration and helping; thereby assuring all community members that they are not alone as they network with the biblical 7,000 others who have not bowed to baal. The aim is to build a critical mass of godly civil and public servants to influence the culture and change the narrative one step at a time.

Odogwu Beauty Ebiere is a deputy manager in the operations department in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria’s foremost financial institution. She a graduate of sociology from Niger Delta University, MSc in Human Resources from ESUTH Business School, Enugu. Beauty is married.
